Selecting a major

As a student, we do need to select a major for our occupation and it has become very critical. In today's market, we have to choose the major that is best no matter what your dream was attributed. As for me, I have been dreaming to be a teacher since I was a child. I love teaching and sharing my vivids knowledge to others especially who is still learning for their future life. I also believed that "teaching" is a gift from God.
In reality, teaching is not as popular as it used to be. In addition, my family suggested to take a nursing course because that is a major population in every year and people are having problems with health in their lives. Therefore, health educators are in need and job secure. I have to put a lot of effort in that situation. Perhaps it is very difficult for me to decide whether to take a teaching or nursing course. At the same time, I really want to learn about biology, which will teach us how to take care our health and body that God has amazingly created. Also, nursing can be saving lives to those who need it. Finally, I have decided to take a nursing course to be a health educator. Hopefully, one day, I will save somone's life if God has planned.

Healthy Food

Nearly everyone who lives on earth will love to eat including me. Since I was from Burma I used to and love to eat salty and creamy food in my early time, but I have educated with food in United State, that it is not good to eat salthy and creamy food. They will lead to damage your health eventually. Then, I started eating healthy food instead of junk food, starting about 8-years ago. And exercise is my daily routine as well.
Believe it or not salad, fish, chicken, vegetables and fruits have become my favorite food in my daily life. Among them, chicken salad is my partial meal of the day and so are fruits. One of my favorite fruits is kiwi. After eating, fresh fruit will alert my mind. Eating healthy foods will prevent a lot of health problems such as cancer, diabetes and so forth. I encourage eveyone to eat at least one healthy meal a day. That way we will have a longer life and hope to see grandchildern at the same time. Don't forget you only have one life to live, so live a happy and healthy life!
