Healthy Food

Nearly everyone who lives on earth will love to eat including me. Since I was from Burma I used to and love to eat salty and creamy food in my early time, but I have educated with food in United State, that it is not good to eat salthy and creamy food. They will lead to damage your health eventually. Then, I started eating healthy food instead of junk food, starting about 8-years ago. And exercise is my daily routine as well.
Believe it or not salad, fish, chicken, vegetables and fruits have become my favorite food in my daily life. Among them, chicken salad is my partial meal of the day and so are fruits. One of my favorite fruits is kiwi. After eating, fresh fruit will alert my mind. Eating healthy foods will prevent a lot of health problems such as cancer, diabetes and so forth. I encourage eveyone to eat at least one healthy meal a day. That way we will have a longer life and hope to see grandchildern at the same time. Don't forget you only have one life to live, so live a happy and healthy life!

  1. I agree with you about healthy life. There is no doubt that we should eat healthy food, except fatty, fried food from our daily meal, but I want to add an important information about so called "healthy" food.
    First of all, not every vegetable, fruit grown in a healthy environment, I mean without pesticides and other chemicals. Also, for me to eat "mutated" chicken, full of hormones for better "meat", is not healty, even dangerous. Why do you think we have such problem like obesity? Ofcourse we eat more than we spend for energy purposes, but these hormones are stucking in our bodies making us fat and unhealthy.
    I suggest to follow your feelings, feel your body and eat only what you really want, and when you really hungry, because we can save huge amount of Earths resourses following this only one rule.
